Rev. Enrique R. Ramos, Ph.D.
Bishop
Rev. Enrique R. Ramos, Ph.D. is an ordained minister and Bishop of the General Lutheran Church. Currently retired as Addictions Therapist at the V.A. Caribbean Hospital in San Juan, Puerto Rico. A former Theologian in Residence with the ReformaDos Ministry from La Iglesia del Centro, Arecibo, P.R. he also served as Chaplain in the Naval Reserve, having done so at Roosevelt Roads Navy Base in Ceiba, P.R. Taught Theology at the Interamerican University of P.R., San German, P.R. Dr. Ramos has also been a professor of Systematic Theology and Apologetics at the ReformaDos School of Ministry in Caguas, P.R. and has served as Thesis Advisor at the Seminario Reformado Latinoamericano, Colombia. He is the Hispanic Ministry Coordinator for Trinitarian Grace International President of the Martin Luther School of Bible and Theology and also Theologian in Residence/ Translator for Asiafrica Ministries.
